Defammation Of Character cyber libel, false accusations that are threatening my business

This company is posting my name on their site under fraudulent customers not to do business with. I have contacted them and i owe them no money, i paid for my order three years ago, yet she feels that because fed ex had to deliver twice that i owe her something. This is affecting my well being as a new business owner and I have tried to work with her to no avail.
