When i ordered my toothbrush i told them to charge it all at once. I cannot prove they did not charge my card the full amount, but they did take two more payments.
They did not send me a shipment of replacement brushes and whitening gel as they promised but they did charge my credit card for the shipping. Over a year had passed before I recieved a shipment and that was after i had called them requesting that no more shipments be made and my credit card credited with the charges for shipments not recieved.
A gentleman on the phone told me it would be credited to my account, a month later nothing was seen. I called again, this time i was told it would have to be approved by a superviser. I asked to talk with a superviser and was told one was not available and to leave a message, i did.
Nobody returned my call. I again called and asked for a superviser and nobody was available, left a message and nobody returned my call.By the way when i recieved my first shipment a year late the unit worked a couple of times then would not function again.
I finally found them on the web and left an email message. AA return message was sent that read that they do not ship free replacement brushes and that i had the wrong company. I looked it up on the web again and made sure a telephone number i was calling was listed on the website, i left another email message.
I have yet to see a relpy and that was almost a month ago. I am tired of fooling with this company and am filing a complaint with the State's Attorney Generals Office. This company has billed my credit card for over $45.00 worth of shipping and whitening gel that I did not recieve and if anyone ever asks me for a reccomendation for this company I will have to curse them for even thinking of purchasing from this company.
