They charge my credit card without my approval. Ripoff

I was online doing a survey when their advertisement came up for a free trial that I only had to pay the shipping and handeling for which was $4.95. I agreed to that. Then I come to find out today that they then charged my account again without my authorization for $149.95. That is not what I agreed to at all.
