I placed an order an recieved an email from usmedsavers.com and they told me that they couldn't reach my doctor, so they couldn't fulfill my order request.
A week or two later I recieve my credit card bill and I am charged $14.95 for my so-called order. Almost a week after this chatge, I recieve an e-mail from usmedsavers.com and they are congratulating me on re-newing my membership. When I never did!
I called the credit card company and am disputing the charge, but do not want to see another charge from usmedsavers.com for some renewal, that I never did. Oh, and the 1-800 number that they give, has never worked.
Supposedly, you can have a live chat on their website, but that's a lie, just like the company usmedsavers.com
