Ab Energizer Company of Bell, CA ripped me off for $58.98.
I purchased an Ab Energizer system in January; it arrived a couple of months later but wasn't what I thought I was ordering, so I returned it within the 30-day return policy.
I have been calling their customer service number daily for 3 to 4 months now, it usually just rings with no answer or is busy. Although, many times they did answer with their answering message saying, it is best to e-mail them and leaving their e-mail address, saying e-mail is the best way to reach them, but if you want to hold someone will be with you shortly.
Well everytime, I held for never less than 30 to 45 minutes and one time over an hour, with no one ever answering, except for one time on April 18. During that one call, the customer service representative told me the credit was there in the computer and he gave me credit number 489043.08 issued on March 30 and also reference number 6763714 in the amount of $15.90 for shipping and handling which he issued on April 18, they had deducted the shipping and handling, so I complained, he issued me this $15.90 credit on April 18th.
To date neither of these credits have been applied to my credit card and I am still waiting for these two credits which total $58.98.
Since February I have sent them four e-mails, the last one sent May 31 and one letter to there Bell, CA address. To date I have not had any response to the e-mails or the letter.
I feel that I have been ripped off for $58.98 from this company.
