When attempting to make an order based on what I saw on television, the person in whom I spoke with attempted to sell me more then I asked about. She then added hidden cost for shipping and handling outside the advertized.
What was even worse, was I couldn't even understand what she was saying through her foreign accent. When I asked to speak to the manager, I learned he too was a foreigner. When I questioned the agents on the risks of the product, neither could give me the answer but offered me someone else I could call after I placed my order (duh).
With all the confusion they tried to cause me, I finally told them to loose my credit card number and hung up. Don't let phony-phone answering companies lead you to believe they know the product their selling and always ask the questions you have before giving up any information on yourself. I wish I had.
