Turned my name into a collection agency after I cancelled my membership the proper way ripoff

This fitness club turned my name into a collection agency after I had written them a notice for my membership termination. The women in change was very rude and dissrespectful to me. The claimed I never wrote them even when I had a certified letter. They had lost my paper work. I would not recommend this place to any one. They were rude and they lost vital paper work. The said they call and left messages and they couldnt even produce my contract with a number on it. They are all snobs
