I bought personal training with body of change and had a year contract. As the year was ending the manager who signed me up said I was now on a month to month contract and if I wanted more sessions I had to call to buy them. I did not want to for the fact that... I think they hire any teenager from off the street to train. And the descent trainers talk on their cellphones most of the time or up and leave you and talk to another client or even double book so I have to share my session with some person I would not even choose to work out with.
I was charged 152.00 and so I called wondering why. They told me what the manager told me was incorrect and they cannot offer a refund. So... What he told me the wrong information because he knew yall wouldn't refund me? This is bad business!!! And shelly the live chat rep is very rude!
