Like most of you, I too was ripped off. I ordered the "free" sample called Burn Fat 2, to try for 7 days free & when I checked my credit card account, I had been charged the shipping fee as well as the $97.41 charge for the monthly amount, when none of the product had actually showed up. After receiving the free sample one day, and the month's supply the next day, I called the company to return the product. They gave me the name Lean Life PM to return it to Ontario, California & said my credit card would be credited when they received the merchandise back. I sent it to them certified mail, return receipt requested (but of course cannot make out the signature). My credit card was charged 3/22/06 and I sent the items back 4/12/06. I have yet to see a credit on my account. When I tried to call the company's number they gave me in in March, it doesn't work and neither does the website address. I sent an email to their customer care center & have yet to hear back from them at that email address. HELP!!! How do we stop these people? Very unsatisfied customer in New Jersey.
