I ordered two different $3.95 samples from a survey popup. During the conformation I read the fine print and then cancelled both products. I couldn't retrieve a cancell conformation or their home web address. The phone number for the "lean look rx" said they were transffering customer service to another site. So We [my wife and i] called our card provider and they needed for the lean look persons to get our request for the cancel and fax to our bank. This never happened because the company was unreachable. Upon comming to this site i found a phone number, called it, and it sounded like some ones house, the connection was very bad. The person on the phone informed me that he would have upper management to respond to me, never happened. The other company cancelled my order the day i made the order[3.95] and I never heard from them again which was good, and they still sent me the [3.95] sample and never charged me for it.
CANCEL your card used for the lean look rx purchased. They have your account and continiuosly bill you and unlawfully ignore the laws of business.
