I ordered weight loss medication on 4/28/06 and per the order form on the internet I would receive my medication in five days. It has now been almost three weeks and i still have not received my medication that I ordered and paid for online.
I have contacted the company by telephone and I am placed on hold. After holding for some time the line hangs up and I have to call back. I finally get to talk to a customer service rep who advised me that there is a shortage of the medication and the pharmacy is behind on filling the orders.
I then called a local pharmacist and was told that they Walgreens have not heard about any NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE concerning the medication that I ordered. The money that I paid was taken out of my account the same day that I ordered the medication.
I have no ideal if I will EVER get my order and If I will get my money back. But rest assured I will not make this mistake AGIAN.
