Ripoff My mother on fixed income, did not get the hearing aid she paid for tricked and lied to us Hawkesbury, Ontario

My mom who is 85 years old, ordered a hearing aid in Jan. 2002 and paid it by check to J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

She did not hear from them.in Feb. I called, they said it was packaged and ready to ship and would be there the end of Feb.

Still in March no hearing aid. I called again, they said it was shipped and she would have it by the end of March. It was coming from Canada and would take 10 working days.

This is May 4 still no hearing aid, no phone call. They did send her some books to order more items.

My mom is on social security only which is a very small amount of money coming in to her each month. Every penny counts.

Mom has written and ask them to refund her money. As of this date... No refund... No correspondance.
