Ordered & then within a hour cancelled via their Customer Service link.
Trial offer still sent & again emailed Customer Service via their link to cancel any further shipment (s) & was also not honored or responded to.
Phone is voice messaging only & (NEVER) responded to.
Second shipment charged $99.90 to Credit Card with further complaints (NEVER) responded to.
Saved all emails & documentation forwarded (ALL) documentation to Federal Consumer compaint agency that agreed they had violated State & Federal law.
Citation issued & refund to me required as part of citation settlement.
I suggest all who had or will be bilked also save all correspondence/communication in order to validate unwanted shipment & charges & forward to Federal Consumer Fraud division for satisfactory resolution.
