TV commercial states that product will remove scratches in prescription eyeglasses (not polarized)
Ordered in November; product did not arrive until mid March. Almost forgot about purchase. Was ready to look through back statements or call for archive retrieval
Product was $14.95 and was charged over $30. Taken from account within 3 days; again, not received for over 4 months!
Followed instruction exactly according to small intructional booklet enclosed. Scratches were filled in; however, the glasses were so blurry and distorted, as if, the prescription was modified or changed. A thick glossy film streak is forever bonded to the eyeglasses.
Luckily, practice was on older work glasses and not on a newer pair. Too good to be true. I can see this advertisement targeting low-income, non-insured (vision/medical) and senior citizen populations due to low financial means. What it cost for product could have been applied to a brand new pair or repair from a eyecare professional.
