I ordered the trial product and then before I realised it I received a message that they would be deducting $99.90 from my account so I sent them a email informing them that I was on a fixed income and that I could not afford that amount that I would only like toi try the trial size first to see if it would work.
This happened on December I figured that it went through well I know they received my email, because I got a confirmation. Then the next thing I know I get a overdraw in my checking account for the $99.90 plus $25. Overdraft. I called their company they said that they already sent out the product that as soon as i get it to send it back.
I did just as they asked. I sent it back on 01/06/06 approximately 4 days. After that I called to see if they received the copies of my email and my bank statement to show where they messed up and their excuse was that I was suppose to contact them with a comfirmation number which the woman I talked to did not tell me this until I talked to her a second time. I gave her the comfirmation number and she said that they did receive the product back and that some one would contact me to confirm my address and send me my refund.
Well finally on the 18th of February a person called but I was not able to take the call and so she told me to call back at 909-930-3087. So I did. All I got was a computer message to leave my information, and they would get back to me within 72 hrs well this has been going on since that time.
I finally got a hold of some one on 03/20/06 and she told me that some one would call me back that same day. Well I finally called back today at 9:30 am and spoke to one of their reps. And she told me to hold on that she had to look up my account then the next thing I know she has hung up on me.
I called back about 10 minutes later and an operator answers the phone and says that she would take my name and number and they would call me back. But I still haven't heard from them yet. I realize that $99.90 isn't a lot of money for many peaple but when you are handicapped and on a fixed income it is a lot.
I really don't know what to do if they won't talk to me but as far as I am concerned it is "fraud"
