I placed an order for a free trial with this company. I was then notified that if I wanted to cancel I had to do so a certain number of days before an autoshipment would be made.
I sent email to the company to cancel. Every email, now 12 of them, came back with a generic do not respond email and none of them caused the company to cancel for me. I have gotten most back as none-deliverable.
How can someone cancel an order or autoshipment when the company gives false information on how to do it. There is no phone number to call, only an address and email.
I consider this deception on their part. My credit card company will not help me and the company makes themselves uncontactable.
