I ordered the Ab Energizer through this company at the end of December. I did not receive any product and my card had not been charged therefore I assumed they had not processed my order.
Now... On my March credit card statement I see a charge put through on March 12 - That's 2 and a half months after the order! I still have NOT received the product, and all attempts to contact the company have failed. They have a very "pleasant" voice on the phone, that tells you to hold, but then the phone just rings and rings.
I don't know what else to do. I'm going to try to dispute it through my credit card company, but am not hopeful.
