I was looking around to find information about the membership in Bally Total Fitness. I was taken for a tour around the gym by one of their employees. Later he show me the different options for membership.
I put down $50. For a resonable price and to hold one of my option. I told him if I decide to join that I will call. I did not call. Later after a month I received a bill from the gym I said to my self I did not sign a contract.
It all happen that he actually gave me to sign one. I call him immediately and he told me to disregard the bill. So I did, A month later I received a warren that if I don't pay the bill that my credit was in danger of being put in jeopardy. I refused to pay it and put a compliant.
I call the employee that took advantage of me and so it happen that he did noy work there anymore. Now this matter has me under stress.
I know how important it is to have a good credit. I was told that the area supervisor was going to give me a call. Up to this date i have not receive anything.
I beleive that the longer I wait the worst it will be. I don't get any respond and I don't know what will be my next step to protect my credit. This is the first time I had ever been rip off.
