I had a claim with ulticare back in 2001 my doctor tryed to get them to pay for 2 years with no luck so they sent me a bill 2 years later and i have been trying to get answer from them since 01/16 with no luck i never get a call back and if i do they tell me they will take care of it and call me back and i still have not got no where with them i still keep getting bills from my doctor but i don't want to pay the bill that is why i had insurance i just wish someone would call me back or let me know what i can do to take care of this bill i call the company about once a month and leave message with no call back and they never have anyone answer the phone to listen to your problem you have to leave a message.
