Ulticare insurance has been my carrier since 1999. Since 1999 I'ved have been sued twice my credit has been ruined, and sadly Ulticare continues to not pay bills and jump from company to company promise of coverage and refusing to pay their bills on time and most cases not at all. I'm currently ON THE THREAT OF GARNISHMENT, WHICH I CANT NOT AFFORD nor, desire to be garnished because of Ulticare lack of respondibility to pay their obligation to their customers / members. Ulticare now claim they are not an insurance company only after thousand has been effected.in closing IF, ULTICARE IS NOT AN INSURANCE AGENT THEN WHY ARE THE GETTING GOVERNMENT WRITEOFFS. I need a solution to this problem. Or point me in the right direction.
