My story is not unlike the others I have read on this site. I was able to get through, get a cancellation number but but another charge showed up on my credit card. I was asked to fax the info since Candis could not find the fax I sent before Christmas. I will fax again, but call and keep her on the phone while the fax goes through. I will also cancel and have my credit card company reissue a new card just as though the one I have had been stolen.
In addition to the info on this site to get your money back, I would suggest going on line to the Utah State Attorney General's site and filing a complaint with that office. Perhaps they can get through to this company.
