LeanlifePM shipped 3 bottles of product and billed me $99.00 without my request or authorization. I had ordered the free sample of the product a week before but had not given any other request or authorization for product. Cannot locate a phone number or contact information for this company other than the customer care. Who has experience with this company and resolution?
