I was struck in the face by a Gold's Gym member. The company took no action towards the guilty person. Noe Lozano, area manager, failed to return my calls. Jim Cross, customer care director, would not even investigate a witness (another member) who could be contacted easily to verify the incident.By not taking any action Gold's Gym is being irresponsible for criminal assault. Gold's Gym is implicitly condoning assault on their premises. This is a danger to any member. Avoid this gym! They are only interested in membership profits.
