I had placed my order looking for an alternative way to get buzzed the legal way and thought I would give Herbal Smoke Shop a try from all the great reviews I read on their site. (LOL, must be BS because it seems to me no one gets their order)
I placed my order on the 11/4/05 and placed a rush order to ship out the same day. Well guess what folks my order still hasn't come and its 11/18/05. Their site says it will come in 2-6 business days. I have tried to get a hold of the company by emails and by phone but no reponses and no one can help me.
I checked online here and saw someone elses way to get ahold of the head of customer support (Don't bother, it's like sending an email to a ghost!) I have not recieved any word about my order and I can't get a hold of anyone at the company.
Please people if you are thinking about placing an order, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They will charge your credit card and you will get nothing in return. I wish I would have done my research first on this company here so I didn't have to piss away $90. I urge people who have been screwed by Herbal Smoke Shop to join a Class Action Lawsuit.
I am sure they have been doing this for years and if enough people speak up then I am sure we can bring down this ring of crooks. I will join anyone who wants to go to into a class action lawsuit against Herbal Smoke Shop.
