Launching a class action suit against this company should be a piece of cake for those of us who keep email records, phone records and credit card records. It doesn't matter that LeanLife purposely doesn't email back a cancellation confirmation; if you have your records, and notified this fraudsite in under 14 days, you have a cut-n-dry case!
First, of course, call your credit card company (800 number on back of card) to dispute the charge if it's under 60 days since Leanlife charged $99 to your credit card. (I did this, but I still love going after crooks). If you got robbed already, this could be such an easy case for any of the successful class action lawyers around.
