I requested a free trial, they sent that as well as a 90 day supply which was returned, a refund was requested and email sent no replys to email no refund to date, ripoff

I requested a free trial of Ultima Patches which arrived late. I received a further 90 day supply which I returned submitting a request for refund at [email protected] (the company's email address used to request refunds) this was two (2) weeks ago to date I have not received a reply to my emails nor have I received a refund.in my view this is very bad business
