Appera Teeth Whitening, Manuel Sayago Internet Fraud, Stealing, Dishonest, rip-off, fraudulent billing

I ordered the sample in March and recieved it a few days later. I cancelled my membership both by e-mail and their lousy phone service. The options are 1) e-mail us and we will call you, and 2) call us and we will tell you to e-mail us and then we'll call you. I got billed the first $89.97 that month. I called and let them know that 1) I had never received any product 2) I did not want it in the first place and 3) I had already cancelled! So the representative told me well that's to bad. We do not give refunds. We will send you another bottle. I do not want another bottle I want my money back said I to the smart% representative, and then he hung up on me.

I became pre-occupied and did not think about it again until they pulled ANOTHER $89.97 out of my account. So I filed a dispute with my bank (Bank of America), and they credited my account and sent me some paperwork. Then I get a call from Appera, after speaking to a supervisor I was told they would make a full refund. So I did not send in the original bank dispute thinking that the merchant would take care of it.

BAAAMMM!!! Now I have the bank pulling the original credit because the merchant never called in the full refund I was promised. Now I am out $180 to these thieves, for a product I never wanted and never recieved.

Sooooo... I have now filed claims, complaints, and reports with Bank of America, the Better Business Bureau (they received an F on the BBB rating scale), the Federal Trade Commision, and an entity I did not know existed until today called the IFCC which is a joint force of FBI and Department of Justice fraud investigators.

Of course it would have been rude of me to do all this without informing the Appera Teeth Whitening Systems people, so I did, via e-mail. Restoration Media, Inc. (founded in 1999 by Nicholas Pardon & Manuel Sayago), is the parent company of the tooth people and I can only hope they get what they deserve for their FRADULENT ADVERTISING PRACTICES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and THEFT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
