I too, was scammed by this company. I signed up for this, was charged a $19.95 monthly fee that my email notification told me was *free* for the first month. Why am I being charged if the first month is free?
The next day I called the 1-800 number that was listed on my billing statement of my bank account. I, too, suffered bad music while waiting for the next available customer service rep who was extremely rude and unhelpful, who didn't seem to know where or who he worked for, and told me his name was David. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me. I have emailed this company 3 times in the past 3 days and have received nothing except money missing from my account.
Now I am panicked after reading that last posting about how I might be held liable for all these extra charges I knew nothing about, and when I went back to the site to cancel/print anything I could, I found nothing. No phone number, no cancel membership here, absolutely nothing.
Aside from cancelling my card, I'm wondering how much more screwed I really am.
