Berkley ripped me off by debiting my checking account without me placing an order for Avimil. I saw their ad on tv and called to receive their "free sample" of Avimil, and I gave them my account info for the $5.95 shipping fee.
I told the phone representative that I did not have the money to place a full order at that time, but I would try the product and place an order at a later date if I like the product. Not only did they debit my account for a 3 month supply; they watched my account until the money was there.
I am now concerned they will continue debiting my account. When you receive the package, it clearly states "NO RETURNS" and there is no return address. The phone number you call to order does not allow you to cancel or return. I was able to get an address and phone number from an alternate source: 1-866-834-1715/ 5462 Duff Drive Cincinatti, Oh 45246.
I have not been able to reach them due to it being a weekend, but I will be attempting to cancel via this number Monday morning. I would love to know if anyone else has been able to get to the bottom of this problem.
