As I was saying, no other info available. Called the district FedEX office and they stated label was sent, but package never arrived. Tried calling the phone no. Listed @ website. Not a working no. Have e-mailed customer service several times with no response. Complete rip-off! Billed on my Visa as $128.00 on this mo. S statement.
