Ripoff unsatisfactory responce from customer service when no insoles were found in package

When the package was delivered to my postal carrier it was without the insoles. Time and time again I tried calling to no avail. Tried numerous times to contact customer service by Internet and phone, also with no results! If it smells like a dead duck and lays there like a dead duck, it is a dead duck, or fraudulent company!
