My husband and I went to Affordable Dentures on 15 April about 8:30 A.M. They advertise in before 9 same day service. It was about 12 noon before they called us in and then we had to wait 45 minutes before we could leave. They told us out dentures would not be ready that day and that we would have to come back the next week.
I went back on the 20th. There was a mob of people there. The waiting room was filled and people were sitting outside in their cars. It was almost 1 P.M. When they put the "wax in" in my mouth and said they needed to be harden... Come back at 2 p. M and they'll be ready. I had lunch and went back. I notice that all the people who where there in the A.M. Where still there in the P.M. The one man was still sleeping in the chair he was sleeping in at 10 A.M.
Well, I sat and sat. Read every book in the place. Then some people started leaving because they had to go pick their children up at school... The receptionist just told her to come back another day, but she'll still have to wait her turn.
Then a woman came screaming out of the office. This had been her third time there trying to get her teeth fixed and she wasn't going to pay them another dime and she left. The receptionist went running after her and called the police. Then the police show up and everything really did come to a dead halt.
So, I left, too.By this time I was very upset as was everyone in the waiting room. I think the place is mismanaged and very unprofessional. My recommendation? Stay as far away from that place as possible!
