MyDietPatches ripoff

I used the Diet Patches per their instructions and found to have lost no weight. I returned the empty packaging as they requested (1/21/05) using the 120 day money back guarantee as advertised and have yet to receive my refund. I have made many attempts to contact customer care and have made no head way. All charges were made to my credit card.
