I hate BTF! I signed up 2 years ago. I went there maybe for about 6 months and i hated it! The facility was nasty and the reps were as well. The bathrooms were dirty and they smelled like cigarette smoke. I called them to find out how can i cancel and they said that I can't because I'm under a 3 year contract. I think that I should be able to pay some kind of a fee and be able to cancel. It's no fun having to pay $57 to bally for 3 years! The worst thing is that the rep told me that i could cancel anytime! When i told them that i want to talk to him the rep told me that he was moved and they don't know to which btf... Bullcrap. I just want to cancel! Please tell me if you have any suggestions on what should i do.
