I am not pleased with the service receiving so far, I signed up for the family plan in April/May of provided doctors for the net work, and was told the doctors are in the net work. The Company withdrawals $89.95, from my checking accounts faithfully, by the 3rd or 4th of each month.
I started my doctor appointments in July and the bills are billed up, with no discount at all, I have contact each hospital patient account department, and was told my insurance has rejected to negotiate any discount for me and my family.
I am at the point, of feeling I am being ripped off, I am
looking for help.
