I placed an order for gym products on 30 September and made a payment of R1475. Delivery was promised within 3 weeks. I called for feedback in November and was told that it is 3 weeks of business days. Then on 2 December after still not receiving the goods i requested a refund. The refund was promised 7 - 10 business days and i was given a refund code. When making a call to them today, after still not receiving a refund, i was told that they would compile a report around the issue. It appears to me that they have conveniently R1475 from me.
