I agreed to an auto ship program with this company but when I recieved my 2nd shipment I returned (which is procedure in mail order situations) it to the company unopened because I found the product ineffective for my problem. I expected a full refund on my next credit card statement.
When I recieved my credit card statement it had a 29.00 late charge attached to the previous months balance of 164.90. It was then that I found the invoice on my 1st shipment and read the fine print where it says that they will only cancel future shipments and cannot refund any charges.
I believe that they CAN but they WON'T. The salesman who sold me this stuff did not explain this policy to me when I placed the order and I did not sign a contract saying this company could keep my money and they're product too.
What a rip-off and poor way of doing business.
