Caremark prescription delays and automated responses

I have had problems getting my prescriptions through caremark's mail order. Though my doctor's office promptly faxes a prescription request to them it takes them 11 days to confirm that they have received it then that new date is considered the date of request. Then they take the money from your bank account that day and it takes them 3-7 days to process it before you get a message that they have sent it, after that it takes 5 days to receive by mail even from 300 miles away. Ridiculously slow process and then they refuse to allow either the amount of pills the doctor has prescribed or follow their own policies as to how often then can be received. I am so frustrated after several attempts to get anything more than an automated response from then concerning this situation. Talking to them on the phone only gets more frustrating with employees who cannot understand their own policies or tell you to call stark county regarding the problem but don't even have the phone number to offer you. I think my doctor is ready to prescribe me valium with instructions to take 30 minutes before calling caremark. With enough complaints to the state they will have their lisense revoked. All I wanted was an answer to my questions and after several weeks have nothing.
