Since July I have attempted to resolve a financial issue with GD's billing office in California. Their monthly bill does not include a $862 I made and despite many attempts and one letter which included proof of payment their office never responds. I just keep getting the same bill each month. I belong to Legal Shield and will now contact them to see if they can get these people to acknowledge my concerns.
