About two months ago I responded to an E-Market Research Group that promised me a free 20gb i-pod, as long as I singed up for one their "offers." I thought what a great deal! Boy was I wrong!
Boehm-Ritter Nesiderm Antiwrinkle cream was one of the offers. I signed up for thier 10 day trial, and all I had to do was pay $2.45 for shipping and handeling. About several days later, I recieved my "free" trial, but I never opened the package.
About two weeks later, I was checking my bank statement, and I noticed that they charged me twice for the shipping and handeling, AND $45.95 for the next order, and my 10 day free trial hadent even expired yet!
So I called the company, NUMEROUS TIMES, and all I got was an automated representative, that would tell me to call back during "non-peak" hours. But I guess every time that I called was a "peak" hour, because I never spoke to a LIVE PERSON! And everytime I would call, I would get dissconnected, or it would automatically hang up on me! I tried for weeks! I even sent SEVERAL e-mails and not one response!
This is going on the second month, and all ready I have billed on 5 different occassions, with only two bottles to show for it, both, which I might add, have NEVER BEEN OPENED! I have been billed twice for shipping and handeling ($2.45), once for $45.95, once for $99.95, and this time they're trying to charge me for $102.75!!!
I have went to my bank, and complained about this several times, and told them the whole story, and they continue to tell me that there is nothing that they can do, because it is on my debit card. They said if it were on my credit card, or even a check, then it would be a different story!!! So today I'm still batteling with this, and I'm running out of place to go to for help!
SO PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BOEHM-RITTER!!! Make sure you get the word out also, because I saved a few of my friends from the same thing!!! To bad no one has saved me yet.
