Sunmount D.D.S.O. Is a huge institution that makes up their own rules as they see fit. I have seen many, many things that were very wrong but I was told by many in authority to look the other way. I did it unwilling but did it to keep my job. You see in Sunmount you are damned if you tell (narc-you are labeled, and forced out of the institution) or you look the other way, you get into trouble with administration, and fired. It comes down to the fact they get rid off the ones that don't go with the flow.in my opinion, CMS needs to close this facility or give it a reboot. I have seen abuse throughout the C.I.T. And the L.I.T. And believe it will not stop. I have begun to make a full copy of ALL my knowledge of alleged perpetrators and victims of alleged abuse and will make them public in near future. I will also talk about how the system wrongs the employees.
