Elizabeth City, NC. Let me say this... The Pharmacists overall are very polite and professional. The Store Mgr and Pharmacy Techs should be replaced ASAP. The customer service is non-existent within the two latter catergories.
I think firing the Mgr and Pharmacy Techs would be a start. I think 8 visits to have one RX filled since the beginning of Sept is rediculous. My Provider says it's the responsibility of the pharmacy to request Pre Authorization and the Lead Pharm Tech Mgr has repeatedly lied to my face saying she's "faxing it right now. "She's no HELP at all. I personally think it's a racial issue.
