My partner bought this product in July like a Holiday present in my experience. I popped this present yesterday (12/25) and began studying the facts of the merchandise. There have been several disappointments that I came across (no Brow detail, etc). I named the 1-800 number to obtain a RAC#. They advised me that I can't deliver this product back since it was bought more than 60 days prior. This product hasn't been switched on, not to mention never been used… Our partner invested a great amount of cash on this and we can not return it.
Has someone else experienced this issue and just how did you correct it?
REALLY disappointed in their support.
