I wrote a report and lost it — will try again.in late October I ordered a free diet patch sample for which I was to be charged $4.95 shipping. That charge is on my Discover card bill on Nov. 10. I did not find the patch helpful and placed no order.
I was taken by surprise a couple of weeks later to receive an order from them which shows on Discover as $89.97, Nov. 24. I did not want it, but my husband (who suffers from vascular dementia) helpfully threw out the envelope etc. Having no address except the email shown on the Discover bill, I cannot contact the company. They do not reply to their email address.
I have contacted Discover and they will accept no further charges from this company. I could not ask them to help me return it (they could not find an address either), because my visiting daughter used some of the unwanted shipment. Therefore I must pay the $89.97. But I will have nothing to do with them in the future. It is one great rip off!
