The file didn't download properly and they refused to give me a refund

They offer packages for restoration of Windows Vista, The document did not obtain precisely plus they declined to provide me a return! I wasnt alone having a difficulty possibly, when I continue reading their website a lot of people disappointed because they hadnt received the hyperlink to obtain and had taken care of it!!
