John the worker as of this area blew me down since he could not OR did not understand the code to enter for that lottery devices. He attempted and attempted after which stated: 'I WOn't contact the manager-this early each morning 6 am to wake him about lottery. The fuel is more important.' I've been a regular client there for nearly 2 yrs today and also have eliminated there each morning. This was REALLY frustrating being he was not prepared to look for a soolution towards the issue which I was the client and also the client issues.
