Double billed on credit card did not recieve the product

I've a cost on my Credit 11/12 ref. Nbr. 0074 of 7.99 additionally same day ref. Nbr. 8697 55.95, I've not obtained the merchandise, my pc claims I want an anti-virus. I'd like this statement to become removed about the bank card today. Thanks Janice Hauge
