A customer sent an 'accountantis backup move document' in my experience so when I attempted to start it, I obtained a note the file have been encoded when it visited the intuit host. We didn't deliver the document towards the intuit host. The customer saved the document on her behalf program and consequently sent it in my experience. I can't start the document with no code and intuit wouldn't help solve this problem with no settled assistance strategy.
Basically, the program produced the issue and certainly will not help in quality without extra cost for assistance. They ought to pay me for that period I Have dropped in working with this problem!
