After my last criticism about not having the ability to laod this program I bought and also the organization producing obtaining a reimbursement extremely difficult (a lot of time for that quantity) I obtained a contact from Steven Lawton from Acronis providing to assist. I wrote him a contact. The reaction I acquired was from Acronis customer support informing me that I they'd not provide me a return. I published many emails to Steven Lawton and not received any solutions. More displaying poor people customer support supplied by Acronis.
