I purchased a couch 12 weeks before and also have had only difficulty with-it dropping, the stuffing is extremely bad, customer support is impossible if you don't prefer to keep in touch with an answering machine.

The ten-year guarantee just addresses the body nothing else.

Following A year fighting with this specific organization I quit, $800 down the strain for just one seat.

Absolutly no costemer support

Cheers lazy boy, you're well-named lazy and boy have you been damaged.

Shame on your organization

Prevent the corporation, they just offer crap.
